No hidden extras in the rates.
We charge according to the number of nights your pet stays.
No charge is made for the day of collection, if your pet is collected by 11:30 am.
Our rates are inclusive of cuddles, grooming, drinks, a choice of diet, heating, VAT and Insurance (against up to £850 worth of Vet bills with no excess) - £7.50 for a single cat, per day. All bookings require a 25% non-refundable deposit to be paid to guarantee your reservation. A £2.50 surcharge applies per run for each public holiday.
Any reservations for two or more cats sharing a penthouse will be given a £1.50 discount for each additional sharing cat, per day. Please ask for rates for additional cats. We also offer discounts for stays over 30 days.
Cancellations must be advised at least 14 days prior to expected date of arrival, otherwise full rates apply. Under certain technical circumstances a refund may be given at the discretion of the management.

09:00 to 5:00pm Monday to Friday
09:00 to 4:00pm Weekends and Holidays
These hours apply all year round except that we are closed to the public on the 25th and 26th December and 1st and 2nd January.
We do endeavour to accommodate out of hours arrivals and departures, but these may be subject to an out of hours fee. Please ask for further details.
We also offer an express check in and out facility, just ask when booking. Alternatively, enjoy a cup of coffee and have a more leisurely detailed check in or out with one of our qualified staff who has been or will be looking after your loved one. This must be pre-booked.
